You can secure your spot either online or directly at our studio, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure you get your preferred time slot.

Yes, absolutely! We're a family-friendly venue, ready to welcome guests of all ages. Note: We host 19+ events occasionally, so keep an eye on our event calendar.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your booked slot. For instance, if you’re scheduled for 4 PM, your exclusive access to our spaces runs from 4 to 5 PM. Early arrival ensures a smooth check-in process.

We embrace a variety of payment options for your convenience. This includes all major credit cards (except American Express) and digital wallets like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Cash payments are also accepted.

All tickets are non-refundable. Life happens, though, so we’re happy to reschedule your session to another date or time, pending availability, at no extra charge.

Yes, we offer special rates for families and groups of 8 or more. Please note, groups of 8 must include at least one adult.

Certainly! Your professional camera and photographer are welcome. We ask that you leave large photography equipment at home to keep our spaces accessible for all guests.
