WAIVER

Waiver and Liability Agreement

This Agreement is made by the undersigned participant ("Participant") in consideration of being permitted to engage in activities offered by Just Us Studios Inc. ("Company"), including but not limited to, engaging with interactive props and environments such as the ball pit, bike prop, shopping carts, Vinyl Room, Bath Tub space, and couch space (collectively referred to as the "Activities").

Release and Waiver of Liability

The Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Company, its affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents, and all persons acting under its permission or authority (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Company Representatives"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by the Participant or any property of the Participant, while participating in such Activities, or while on premises where Activities are conducted.

Acknowledgment of Risks

The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Activities involves inherent risks and dangers of accidents, injury, and physical harm, including but not limited to, bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability. The Participant hereby assumes all risks of participating in the Activities, including any events incidental to such Activities.

Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and Company Representatives against any and all claims, suits, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Participant's participation in the Activities.

Adherence to Rules

The Participant commits to adhere to all operational rules and guidelines set forth by the Company while engaging in the Activities, including but not limited to restrictions on climbing on sculptures or bringing shoes into designated areas such as the ball pit.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Participant regarding its subject matter, superseding all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral. Amendments to this Agreement shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by both parties.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. The Participant hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising under or in relation to this Agreement.

Acknowledgment

By engaging in the Activities, the Participant acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its provisions. The Participant further acknowledges that they are freely, voluntarily, and without duress entering into this Agreement and fully understand its terms and conditions.
